Prices

The web booking engine ResMaster combines prices and conditions of their validity in order to find the best price of a hotel stay for a client.

Example: A client selects a hotel stay for 3 nights in the period from 1st to 4th September. The hotel has the following prices:

Night from 1st Sep BAR price: € 100 (the hotel offers only one type of price)
Night from 2nd Sep BAR price: € 100 and NONREF price:€ 90 (the hotel offers two types of prices)
Night from 3rd Sep BAR price: € 100 and NONREF price: € 90 (the hotel offers two types of prices)

Note: BAR is a type of price in which you can change or cancel your stay within a defined period without having to pay any fees. NONREF is a type of price in which you cannot change or cancel your stay and you pay at the time of booking.

In this case the overwhelming majority of systems on the market will offer the client only one price which is the same for all nights of the stay and they do not offer their combination. The resulting price offered by most of the systems will therefore be:

1st-4th Sep 3 nights, € 100 per night in total BAR price: € 300

The web booking engine ResMaster takes into consideration both options and offers the client a combination of both alternatives of the stay:

a) 1st-4th Sep 3 nights, 1st night for BAR price: € 100, other 2 nights for NONREF price: € 90 per night in total NONREF price: € 280
b) 1st-4th Sep 3 nights, € 100 per night in total BAR price: € 300

The web booking engine ResMaster is therefore one of a very few booking systems on the market which offers the client the cheapest option possible thanks to combining price types. This represents a significant competitive advantage for a hotel.
