Data synchronization with the hotel property management system (PMS)
The web booking engine ResMaster offers data synchronization with the hotel system Hores & Protel.
Bookings made by a client via the hotel web pages (in the ResMaster environment) will be automatically copied to the database of bookings registered in the hotel PMS.
This functions saves work of the hotel staff who would otherwise have to transcribe manually all bookings received from the hotel website to the hotel system.
If a hotel uses ResMaster as a channel manager (eg. connectivity with Booking.com) - all the reservations from this channel can be also automatically transferred into PMS.
